HP Regen now uses default scaling (0.5/0.25 -> 1/0.2)
Aim origin has been moved upwards, Enforcer should have a lot less trouble shooting downwards now.
Reduced length of siren sounds and light flashes.
Tweaked character select sounds.
Fixed Crit/Noncrit sounds being swapped on all shotguns.
Riot Shotgun:
New sound.
Super Shotgun:
Spread is more consistent (Spread is split into 4 equal zones instead of just 2).
Heavy Machinegun:
Replaces Assault Rifle.
Slow yourself down and suppress enemies for 140% damage.
Faster fire rate and less spread while shielded.
Slows you for 50% damage when in-use.
No damage falloff.
Stun Grenades:
Damage increased 400% -> 450%
Proc coefficient increased 0.6 -> 1.0
Cooldown reduced 8s -> 6s
