Shield and other tweaks

• Added Inferno compat for Grandmastery skins.

• Super Shotgun

  • Increased fire rate from 0.85s/shot -> 0.3125s/shot
  • Reduced shield lock time from 0.6s -> 0.3125s
  • TODO: Fix double reload sound when shooting unshielded.
  • Removed fire rate config option due to code jank.

• Shield Bash

  • Reduced knockback by 20%
  • Now has a minimum vertical knockback, so aiming downwards with the shield will still launch enemies away.
  • Disabled ally knockback by default.
  • Balanced Knockback
    • Enabled balanced knockback by default.
    • Changed how balanced knockback works.
      • Old Behavior: Caps mass scaling at 500.
      • New Behavior: Simply applies a 0.7x force multiplier against Champion enemies. TEST THIS AND ADJUST ACCORDINGLY IF YOU FEEL THIS IS TOO LOW
  • Fixed certain enemies (ex. Gups) being immune to the skill's knockback.

• Tear Gas

  • Increased armor reduction from -20 -> -30
  • Increased stun radius from 6m -> 8m
  • Now changes damage number color to orange to better communicate the armor reduction.
  • Reduced cooldown from 24s -> 21s
  • TODO: Unity collision thing so that it doesn't bounce through walls.

• Protect and Serve

  • Removed bonus armor.

• Nemforcer

  • Removed HP regen passive from Nemforcer NPCs.
