Clean up outdated information

Time has passed and some of the information on my website is no longer accurate.

This issue aims to have these issues fixed:

• Remove/update mentions of my.trophy.place as it's no longer being worked on/maintained.
• Update "about me" page and remove any mentions of coding freelancing, as I haven't been doing much coding for a few months now.
