[Feature Request] Set Launch Options per list #12

It could be useful to be able to define one or more launch options linked to a list, thus launching the game with such launch options set on. "-debug" when one activates a test list eg.

For now, one have to write them down (well, copy-paste them down) through Steam to set them up, as far as I know. (I guess that some links would work though)

Note: Functionality was almost done.

Need to check if correctly read/write with JSON saving system
Check again steam api

@ClaudeJanssenPro Since you use the functionnality manually with PMM, do you have any bug return ?
