Specify _retail folder #5

Add a line above it or just change it to say select your _retail folder

This doesn't seem to have ever been corrected. I just want to second it as this would be very useful, it doesn't really explain what to select. You could even change the alt text in the textbox when nothing is selected to Select Retail Folder.
