On certain characters, such as Rex, this item will cause specials such as Tangling Growth to bounce occasionally, rendering the skill nearly unusable when it happens. While it's good for most projectiles, Tangling Growth is something you tend to target very specifically.
Describe the solution you'd like
Certain abilities should ideally just be excluded from this item's effect. I had a playtester who was playing Rex and pointed out to me that this was an unexpected and undesired behavior. Allowing this to be configurable would also help with modded characters who may have similar projectiles.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Even if it was not directly configurable, a possible solution (which would be a buff to the item, but can be offset with a lower chance) would be to have the effects of any projectile happen before and after the bounce.
