[FR] Add Dynamic Lights switch keybind #16

English: Sometimes when I'm in a place with a lot of fluorescent cuttlefish (even if I can't see them), I get a big performance bottleneck on my screen. Even though the module itself can customize which creatures are not to be animated, I still want to keep them 🌞. So it would be nice to have a global hotkey to turn off the animated light sources when I feel a performance bottleneck.

Currently, you can only press and hold the shortcut key to turn it off temporarily. 目前只能实现长按快捷键来暂时关闭。

目前只在1.16.5进行实现，过几天会将此功能添加到所有版本
