Somewhat Reverts ThirteenAG/III.VC.SA.WindowedMode#18

Summary: For some reason when I contributed the pull request , the link was merged with the previous linking , completely breaking the WideScreen Hyperlink.

I have fixed this. I apologize that my original PR did not rectify the original problem.
