Slots are incorrectly exported as 2 drill hits either end of the slot path

Instead of

Here is an exported slot drill file from circuitstudio [arm_fire.PrjPcb] arm_fire-SlotHoles-Plated.TXT

On the NC Drill Setup the option "Use drilled slot command (G85)" needs to be checked in order for the panelizer to interpret slots correctly.
