npm is out of sync with github #15

I just updated to firebaseauth v0.9.9 on npm and the static method defaultTokenMiddleware has not been changed to initTokenMiddleware although this method exists on github

Hi. My bad. I made the last edits while working on other projects simultaneously and forgot to publish to npm. I think the readme should be in sync with npm now. Thanks for the pointer.
