Implement execution context termination #2

When users terminate the execution of an activity, there is currently no way to 
invoke a respective termination in the execution context for a specific 
activity execution id.

I prepared a stub:
org.modelexecution.fumldebug.core.ExecutionContext.terminate(int) line 410
