Names crystals missing hidden damage modifiers #130

Per patch the named color crystals use to have a hidden damage modifier. Was like 150-200 damage. This no longer appears to be active in game, not sure if it was intended. I figured this was just over looked.

I checked existing crystals and generated loot for new ones. They all have the damage modifiers up to 200 for legendary.
