Some underlying fixes in the deps I wanted so went ahead and updated them + fixed what was changed/deprecated.

The dep update seems to have broken id3v1 upconverting as that's no longer automatic, added explicit upconverting for this.

We re-merged today audiotags2 into audiotags https://github.com/TianyiShi2001/audiotags/pull/18 It also means that it updated id3 to 1.1.0 Thanks to @martpie Also thanks to you for trying - have to close this one now as it's all up to date already :partying_face:
