Immersive Mode on Android 11 #52

Bug issue

The immersive mode toggle does not have an effect on Android 11. Running on a Pixel 3. Permissions granted; no issue with permissions identified by Tiles.

All modes impacted (Hide system, hide navigation, hide status).
