Feature: backup settings and data

Ability to backup appearance, keybinds and stats and restore them to new machine. Obviously data related to local training packs cannot be restored.

Location of the stats box could use relative numbers or alternatively more simple settings like top-left, top-right etc. This is useful when screen resolution is changed. Other benefit is that when running customtrainingstatistics_display_stat_difference 0/1 the stats box would move according to the setting (like top-right).

I you still have access to your old machine you can do this by copying the file `%APPDATA%\bakkesmod\bakkesmod\cfg\CustomTrainingStatistics.cfg" over to your new machine
