Hi, which version are you using? If you're using the source, that's the problem, I've recently accepted a pull request that adds AnimationManager (from StudioElevenLib) and I'm currently fixing the problems
It's fixed, I close the issue
I have been having issues getting the latest update to function.
When importing animations from an .xc file separate from that which contains the model itself, this error appears. This has occurred in all games I have tested it with, including YKW2.
When importing an .xc file that contains both the model and its animations, the first animation will import as expected, but the animations will become more broken as you go down the animation list. In addition, certain animations will display t-poses and move around slightly instead of displaying the correct animation.
Models from Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy and some Azran Legacy models appear to import entirely correctly. The similarity here is that both of these games have all of their animations contained in the "out_00" animations. In Azran, however, c101 (Layton) will just do his t-pose.
As a less important aside, if a character has a mesh that is turned on or off in-game present in their animation data, this will import as a bone.
Here are some models I tested, if they would be of any help. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jnek-jXCbpbqU_VTI7ANyV1agiCbn0gA/view?usp=sharing
