Log fixed and a new time feature #40

The logs are fixed now. Also, there is a new feature added to display the current server date and time. It would be handy before setting the new job :) /time Display current date and time of the server

Hi! :) Thanks for the PR! But, I'm not sure is a good idea user tail subprocess. Windows user maybe can't use the logs command with this fix.

Yea I do understand that. But I feel that there would hardly any user using windows server for running bots. However, taildoes work in PowerShell right? Not sure though. Anyway, it up to you to decide :) Thanks for the great script, Loved it!
