Add a call to _deploy_campaign_nft inside create_campaign function and update event emited

We want to deploy an campaign NFT contract for every campaign we create. We call the _deploy_campaign_nft function inside create campaign function. Add the campaign_nft_address as the parameter for event CreateCampaign NOTE: This issue is dependent on issue #36.
