Adding a Commodore 64 Emulator #1414

No love for a Commodore 64 or a Plus 4 Emulator?

I definitely want to do the Commodore 64, and soon. The SID is a bit terrifying but there seems to be plenty of resources out there so maybe instead I should be focussing on the fact that I already have a 6502, CIA and C1541. I definitely very much want to have made an attempt at all of the big five — the C64, Amiga, ST, CPC and Spectrum.

I'm still remarkably ignorant about the Plus 4, though it does look like my sort of thing.
