I haven't tested this tool, but does it have this functions?

Yes, all of these were added in version 1.3. 

State is auto saved periodically, as well as when you quit Reaver. When you run 
Reaver and a saved state file exists for the target BSSID, it will prompt you 
to load the saved state or start a new one. You can also explicitly load a 
state file using the --session option (state files are stored in the 
/etc/reaver directory and have a .wpc file extension).

What will be the string to run the saved session?
