New docs, cleanup of several files, new build process, no dist anymore #69

Thanks to @appujet we now have a new documentation, i adjusted it a little It allows auto generated docs combined with manual written docs so it's a hybrid of the old docs and new docs

Removed the dist folder

this reduces the size of the repository, you can still install it thanks to the prepare script in package.json, it will take just a bit longer
Main reason to reduce it, to make contributing to the project more straight forward

Several other configurations got cleaned up
