CalcTopicModelR2 sometimes fails to identify dimnames causing error when input is perfect #11

Don't know what causes this error. Seems to be an R state issue. Either fix this or at least make it robust so it doesn't cause exit on error.

Error is caused when dtm doesn't have rownames or theta doesn't have rownames
