Tonomy network mainnet: production main infrastructure

Acceptance criteria:

• [ ] A production-grade network is deployed running on at least three block-producing nodes

• [ ] update the blockchain initialization script to have 3 keys put into the docker container key manager. see https://github.com/Tonomy-Foundation/Tonomy-Contracts/blob/master/blockchain/initialize-blockchain.sh#L15C2-L15C41 this function should expect three keys as input bash variables

• [ ] in the bootstrap script, call the eosio::setprods() to change the producers to the three producers with the account prod1.tmy, prod2.tmy,prod3.tmy). see https://github.com/eosnetworkfoundation/eos-system-contracts/blob/main/contracts/eosio.bios/src/eosio.bios.cpp#L34
