I add this fix to this branch anyway, just as history. @TonyHaikara mentioned the SQL script should be executed from the master branch rather than the migrations.
I believe there is something wrong with these migrations, as if Doctrine was not able to see what state of migration we're in before generating new migrations, because there are many repeated queries.
