better support to build examples for different Controllers #91

To have the examples independent from:

toolchain
microcontroller
- CPU
- controller variant
hardware / evalboard

we need to let the user define:

microcontroller variant
pin allocation

and the examples need to

configure GCC accordingly
confgire Bluetoe accordingly
provide reasonable pin allocations for LEDs and buttons
