Another instance is already running error after finishing install #33

Got the another instance is already running dialog imediatly after finishing install.

We should probably wait for 2-3 seconds for the other window to close, and then attempt to kill the ghost process. If the process kill fails, relaunch the launcher as admin so that it has the ability to kill the process.
