Mining facility doesn't mine #184

IF you set resource multiplier as minimal to start the game, the mining facility doesn't work at all, nothing comes out, but the quantity drops. It works as normal if you don't choose minimal.

Hi, I I finally found the reason. It's nothing to with multiplier, but the Generator. The default was Vanilla, it will be all right if you change to Galatic scale2
