Flight not disabled when unclaiming chunks #25

What is the issue that you see?

Flight not disabled when unclaiming chunks, user is able to fly in the wilderness until he lands or re-enters a claimed chunk.

What steps can be done to repeat the issue on a test server?

  1. Stand in one of your claims. Use /tfly
  2. Unclaim the chunk.
  3. Fly around anywhere in the wilderness

What is supposed to happen instead?

  1. Stand in one of your claims. Use /tfly
  2. Unclaim the chunk.
  3. TownyFlight is disabled when the chunk you are standing in is unclaimed

Cannot reproduce it anymore. Will reopen if we are able to reliably reproduce it.
