again new line-id for DB Regio Nordost/Nord, HANS, ODEG, NEB, AKN, etc.

At least for me, now both RB 23 operated by DB Regio Nordost are displayed with the same blue color, although the VBB RB 23 should have an orange color.

They have the same color, because they can not be distinguished anymore. Both are operated by db-regio-ag-nordost and have the same line id rb-22, see issue #26 .

I haven't checked, but the same should apply for RE 4, RE 7 and RB 24 as these line names are used for two different routes each by DB Regio Nordost.
