Add a manual concord for DrugChemicalConflation #337

This PR adds a manual concord for DrugChemicalConflation, which is incorporated into the process by which DrugChemicalConflation is generated. I've added some examples, including the multiple insulins we've been asked to combine into a single clique.

Should be merged after PR #290.
