No success on restart server after instalation this plugin

I know this is an old message.

Don't know if this is the same issue on my side but the plugin could not work on my installation 3.2.0-stable (with Nginx and Passenger). When displaying the passenger debug, I noticed a write permission issue on the redmine_spent_time_in_issue_description/app/views/issues/show.html.erb file. Tried a chmod 777 and it worked. I got some more issues of the same kind but I managed to fix them.
