It appears that a matrix was incorrectly parsed such that taxon labels are showing up as states in the matrix http://treebase.org/treebase-web/search/downloadAStudy.html?id=133&format=nexml and http://treebase.org/treebase-web/search/downloadAStudy.html?id=134&format=nexml
