The iOS keyboard is designed to show a temporary extra row menu when you long press a vowel (so you can type â, ë, ø, etc). When FlicksForAll is installed, the flick-up characters will also display in those accentuated keys and look buggy.

You are missing the point of reporting issues to developers to help them fix their app. Also you haven't grown hair yet so you may consider coming back after you reached this milestone.
