Getting this error with the new createtorrent plugin using mktorrent:

I am using the current svn version of all code

try it without mktorrent.  The newest version of create, so long as you're on a 
64
bit machine, is unlimited and doesn't NEED mktorrent, and is also QUITE fast.

I know this isn't a solution to your bug but it may be a work around until it 
can be
resolved.

What about server and client OS?
What about web-server?
What about browser version?
