I want only a filter for torrents under hashing next to Inactive, Active,
Finished, and so an, Hashing.

I don't need this functionality.
You can:
1) Write own plugin for this.
2) Make a bounty request on http://forums.rutorrent.org (see
http://forums.rutorrent.org/index.php?topic=142.0 for details).

I'm not entirely sure i understand what this is about?

Do you want a new category for hashing torrents so they don't show up as 
"downloading?"

If that's what you want and you throw a bounty in for it, i'd consider matching 
it.
