Add Type D : Federal Signal SSP + UniTrol + nErgy 400 +fire, Correct Naming error. #4

This PR Adds Type D : Federal Signal SSP + UniTrol + nErgy 400 +fire. This pack has a optional WM-ServerSirens integration. The Vehicles.AWC for that is attached in the WM-ServerSirens Integration folder along with instructions in the Readme. This also corrects a naming error that I noticed while cross referencing with my Type C - Federal Signal UNITROL + Soundoff Signal nERGY 400. The sirens.lua and readme should of read nErgy and not nF. nF is Soundoff's light head. Not their siren. I was going to wait to submit this with a new Type (preliminarily called Type E : Police Only w/NO Fire tones and a WM-ServerSirens integration.) But I decided to get this published before I got off for the weekend for work.
