increase the boss attack speed

in the animator change the speed of the attack animation from 1.0 to 1.3 this may increase the difficulty of the player to dodge the attack from the boss when the player attacking the boss

Shenanigan like this is still possible even with a 2x speed multiplier. The multiplier doesn't change the fact that boss have a long base attack time. The point is to play a long animation to make him different from small cactus attack type.
