Refactor and Fix hosters and clientarea

This PR includes:

Documentation updates (dependencies for unit tests should be installed by installing the package with extra_requires: [test], so for example: pip install cloudomate[test])
Everything is now Python 2 and 3 compatible
Status and Info for all VPS and VPN providers is tested and functional
Removal of Legionbox due to phone number verification
fake-useragent dependency for radom useragent
Unified root password change by using ssh
Explicitly implemented the bitcoin payment provider used by Underground Private (it was already used, but not specified properly yet)

Ideally I would have wanted to create multiple commits, but these changes were pretty hard to separate since they had to be rebased on this branch after they were based on the previous (unsquashed and unedited) PR.
