I don't see why we couldn't open source this one and just go for the public repo. I don't think we'll have anything proprietary here.

Pros Potential to get TricomB2B's name out there a little bit, or at the very least, clients can take a look at some work. Potential for some contributions (though I think it is unlikely).

Cons If we ever add something proprietary, we'd likely need to go back to a private repo, which could be bad in some ways.

I actually didnt mean to put a license on here... gonna blame this one on the GUI. I doubt for a boilerplate we will be doing anything proprietary.

An additional pro is that this also enables us to register with a package manager for easier installation, npm may work but we may also find it beneficial to just clone the repo.

Regardless, I'm on board with open sourcing.
