We're doing an update but that's not always correct: https://github.com/Triple-T/gradle-play-publisher/blob/297588f257bda11b320ec04052da9b024005baff/plugin/src/main/kotlin/com/github/triplet/gradle/play/tasks/PublishProducts.kt#L67

Also set autoConvertMissingPrices to true when creating product.
