Feature Description

Implement a glow effect and a scaling effect for elements on hover to enhance visual appeal. The effect should slightly increase the size of the element and add a glowing border.

Use Case

  1. CSS Modifications: Add transitions for scaling and box-shadow effects in the CSS file.
  2. Testing: Ensure the effects work smoothly across different browsers and devices.
