1- Dead players can message/talk to life players. (game breaking)

Can you try it with the following cvar values: "sv_full_alltalk" = "0" "sv_talk_enemy_dead" = "0" "sv_talk_enemy_living" = "0"

My guess would be, that sv_full_alltalk completely ignores any listening flags.

Solved. It was a plugin conflict.
