Use 'GoodFirstIssue' only for external contributors #877

Do me a favor? Can you please remove the 'GoodFirstIssue' from all issue you've marked thus? I'd like to reserve that for marking issues for external contributors. If we have too many of them, that will clutter the brain space for newbies.
