Is it private enough? Is it possible to get the real IP address of any sender?

Quiet has not yet been audited yet and likely has some serious security bugs still, so you should not use it for anything where security or anonymity is critical, yet. You can see known security issues here: https://github.com/TryQuiet/quiet/issues?q=label%3Asecurity+is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+

Also Tor is not foolproof (for example, traffic analysis by internet providers, governments, or private entities can reveal who is talking to who over Tor.)

That said, Quiet sends all traffic over Tor and other users should not be able to see your IP address.
