Unintended incompatiibility? #4401

The Sharpness and Sever enchantments seem to be incompatible for some reason, and it has been theorized to be unintentional in the discord

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to any enchanting related block (imbuing table, anvil preferably)
  2. Try to put both enchantments in a greatblade
  3. It doesn't work

I expected the enchantments to work together
