scripts: remove outdated and redundant scripts #17

"ytdl_hook.lua", "auto-profiles.lua" and "stats.lua" are all pre-baked into the binary during compile time nowadays. Having external copies of these scripts serves no purpose if one isn't disabling the built-in copies already.
