10 years ago I get this too which I've put down to the fact we are behind an authenticated proxy. The app needs to prompt for proxy credentials.

10 years ago I get this too which I've put down to the fact we are behind an authenticated proxy. The app needs to prompt for proxy credentials.
The initial configuration is not performed due to a network error. After i press Finish in Configuration Wizard dialog box "Unable verify the version" appear. IDE closed. If you select 'Skip configuration' the application crashes with an error "Could not find a part of path 'C:\users\username\AppData\Local\Tsunami\user'". Windows 7 x64
