cannot import Cytoscape standard xgmml files #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Cannot import xgmml generated from Cytoscape (see attached file).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Import a static network. 

The import should ignore incompatible commands, and load the network.
