Adding an interface and abstract classes for both components and systems plugins. Adding a makefile compilation system that will be modified to a cmake config in the future...

Just a quick comment on commit messages: could you please always use preterit with your verbs? In this PR many of your commit messages use the continuous present which feels weird among all the others in preterit
