Scratch camera extension doesn't scale with project #1175

It's simple, when using the camera extension with a project that has a different scale than the default, the camera extension's video display box doesn't scale with it. image Not sure if this is intentional or it's just that nobody uses the camera extension so nobody noticed.

Pen doesn't work with the Camera extension, which is a known issue.

It's marked as "very buggy" for a reason.

@LilyMakesThings I'm not entirely sure, but I think they're talking about the Motion Sensing extension created by Scratch.
